Tropic Supply and Mike Nipper of Copeland hosted classes discussing mechanical failures of scroll compressors in walk-in cooler and freezer applications at several Tropic Supply resource centers during January and February 2019.
The topics covered included troubleshooting techniques for mechanical and electrical systems in refrigeration applications, best practices and preventative maintenance tips, scroll mechanical and electrical troubleshooting – looking for root cause and not symptoms typically seen in the field and a new Copeland scroll technology update, including the new DOE and EPA regulations.
