Florida Building Code Eighth Edition is now official. Now comes the questions. What some think is a black and white interpretation of the code others see as murky. One of the major issues today is where and when can straight cool equipment be installed and where is a heat pump mandated. Scheduled to be present are two chief mechanical inspectors to answer your questions.
