Position Overview
• Service, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose HVAC issues accurately and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Communicate clearly with customers, explain repair options, and answer questions professionally.
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Work independently while representing the company in a professional manner.
• Be familiar with digital service devices and software.
• Ability to work on-call rotation.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• 2–3 years of HVAC service and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• HVAC certifications are preferred but not required.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Organized, dependable, and professional.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Have your own basic HVAC service tools.

Monday – Friday 7:30am – until final call is completed. This can fluctuate depending on the season & monthly on call rotation is required.
