As Florida’s cooling season ramps up, HVACR contractors across the state are preparing for the annual surge in service calls, system replacements, and long hours in the field. This isn’t a massive national job board with listings buried among unrelated industries. It’s a Florida-focused workforce connection built specifically for HVACR contractors, distributors, suppliers, and people looking to build careers in our trade. The goal is simple: help Florida companies connect with Florida talent.
It’s FREE. Licensed contractors can post 2 positions at any time for 2 months. Renew them or change them for as long as needed. FREE. If you need to fill three or more positions, it’s only $50 each for additional 2-month postings.
It’s EASY. Just set up your own portal using your email and a password, complete the simple Open Position form and submit it. We’ll confirm your license, spellcheck your positing and publish it. As your 2-month expiration date nears, we’ll notify you to repost. EASY.
Just as important, ACprosite is actively working to help strengthen the future workforce pipeline. Outreach efforts are underway with training programs, schools, and apprenticeship organizations throughout Florida to encourage new talent to explore opportunities within the industry.
