Position Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Installer or Lead Service Technician who takes real pride in their work. This position is for someone who can run jobs, solve problems, and deliver clean, high-quality results on residential and light commercial systems. Preferred Experience / Skills
• Strong HVAC experience in installation and/or service
• Confident in diagnosing issues and fixing them the right way
• Experience with residential and light commercial systems
• Ability to run jobs and lead when needed
• EPA Certification required (NATE a plus)
• Attention to detail — clean installs and solid workmanship
• Reliable, shows up ready to work, and takes ownership
• Good communication with customers and team
• Valid driver’s license
