Bob Cochell to Discuss Trump’s Impact on the HVAC Industry at February SWACCA and MACCA Meetings

HVAC business owner Bob Cochell, one of the industry’s most engaged and knowledgeable  experts, will be discussing the impact on the HVACR industry of major changes already implemented and proposed by the Trump administration at the February Southwest Florida Air Conditioning Contractors Association (SWACCA) and Manasota Air Conditioning Contractors Association (MACCA) dinner meetings.

About Bob Cochell
Owner/President – Gulf Coast Air Systems, Florida Building Commission (FBC) Energy Technical Advisory Committee (TAC).
Bob brings over 50 years of experience and knowledge to the HVAC Industry. His remarkable career boasts a series of impressive accomplishments. He has served as President of the Florida Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors Association (FRACCA) for two terms and President of the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors Association (RACCA) of Tampa Bay, earning the prestigious RACCA C.J. Dillard “Outstanding Contractor of the Year” Award on four occasions. Bob is a dedicated educator, teaching CEU courses across Florida on air conditioning, code compliance, and mechanical systems. He has been an active voting member of the Florida Building Commission’s Energy Technical Advisory Committee since 2000, contributing to the evolution of the Florida Building Code. Additionally, Bob is a contributing author for the Florida Contractors Exam, Hillsborough County – City of Tampa Mechanical Board member, and has written numerous articles for the HVAC Insider since 2001. At this year’s RACCA installation banquet, he was presented with an Honorary Lifetime Member of RACCA award.
