RACCA Clearwater: 59th Awards & Installation Banquet

January 22, 2026 @ 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Check-in starts at 5:30 PM

Social Hour will be from 5:30 PM til 6:30 PM. During the Social Hour Appetizers will be available along with an Open Bar.

Dewayne Hill Comedian and Magician from Tampa will be the entertainment for the night.

Schedule for the Night

  • Starting at 6:35 some opening words from RACCA’s current President Renee Pagan followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.
  • The Grand Buffet starts at 6:45 PM and the Open Bar continues to 7:30 PM. A cash Bar will be available the rest of the night.
  • Starting at 8:45 PM; the following Awards will be given out followed up by the Installation of RACCA’s 2026 Board.
  • Award of Excellence to an Organization (Associate Member) for outstanding participation and contributions to the Industry.
  • Award of Excellence to an Organization (Contractor Member) for outstanding participation and contributions to the Industry.
  • President’s Award of Excellence to an Individual that have distinguished themselves with service to the RACCA Organization.
  • Legacy Awards for Years of Service to RACCA and the Industry.
  • C J Dillard Award for an Individual for outstanding service to RACCA and the Industry.

What’s on the Menu:

  • Chef Choice Of Delicious Appetizers Such As Crabmeat Stuffed Mushrooms, Spring Egg Rolls (Vegetarian) & Sweet & Sour Meatballs
  • Fresh Mixed Lettuces with Assorted Condiments: Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Black & Green Olives, Carrots, Garbanzo Beans, Greek Peppers, Sliced Beets, Red Skin, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad, Three Bean Salad, Assorted Salad Dressings & Rolls & Butter

Choice Of Entree:

  • Mojo Pork (Cuban Style Marinated & Grilled)
  • Tuscan Chicken (Boneless Breast with Sun Dried Tomato Sauce)
  • Onion Crusted Salmon
  • Stuffed Shells Pomodoro (Vegetarian Option)
  • Complemented with Fresh Garden Vegatables and Chef selection of Starch.

  • Chef selection at the Dessert Table.

RSVP for the Banquet will be on RACCA’s Website www.racca-florida.org. You will be asked for payment in the form of a credit card. RSVP will be taken up to 5:00 PM Jan. 16th. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are taken up to Jan. 16th by noon. Cancellations after this date & no-shows are charged for the Banquet.
