Low GWP refrigerants are designed to minimize environmental impact while maintaining efficient cooling and heating performance. They are increasingly being adopted in HVACR systems to comply with environmental regulations and promote sustainability. Many of these are categorized by ASHRAE as A2L or slightly flammable.
