The Florida Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors Association’s (FRACCA) 2026 Educational Conference & Expo will take place April 9–12, 2026, at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Florida. The 2026 event marks a major milestone as FRACCA celebrates its 25th Anniversary under the theme, “Keeping Florida COOL for 25 Years.”
Recognized as Florida’s premier annual education and networking event for HVACR contractors, the FRACCA Educational Conference & Expo is open to both members and non-members. The four-day program is designed to deliver practical education, industry insights, and meaningful networking opportunities for contractors, suppliers, and industry partners from across the state.
Educational Highlights
The 2026 conference will feature nationally recognized speakers and a comprehensive education program qualifying for at least 15 CEUs to help contractors meet license renewal requirements.

- Bryan Dodge, acclaimed professional speaker and author of The Good Life Rules, Becoming the Obvious Choice, and The Principle of an Unstoppable Family Business. Dodge will share insights focused on leadership, purpose, and building resilient businesses.
- Ruth King, widely known as “The Profitability Master,” will present The Rules of Profitability and The Rules of Wealth. Each session qualifies for 4 General CEU credits and delivers proven strategies for financial performance and long-term business success.
