Goodman Distribution has opened a facility in Cape Coral, increasing their coverage of the southwest Florida market. Located at 913 E. Industrial Avenue, Suite 102, Cape Coral, FL 33909, the branch occupies 30,000 square feet including 1,000 square feet of showroom and additional office space. Hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with after hours service available by calling 239-206-9137.
The Cape Coral branch services the North Fort Myers/Cape Coral market with jobsite deliveries available for both residential and commercial projects. Equipment brands being stocked are Goodman, Amana and Daikin. Light commercial equipment is also in stock.
Branch Manager Steve Phalen joined Goodman Distribution in 2017, managing the Naples branch from 2019 until accepting the Cape Coral position. He is assisted in operating the branch by CSRs Michael Farrell and Hector Rivera behind the counter and Nico Whyte, Shane Morton and Tom Vogel in logistics.
