The North Florida Air Conditioning Contractors Association (NFACCA) has named Jennifer Beaudry Executive Director. Jennifer brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to the HVAC industry and her community to her new position. For the past 17 years, she has served as the Operations Manager of her family-owned HVAC company, a role in which she has collaborated closely with her husband to support and grow their business. This hands-on experience has equipped her with invaluable insights into the industry, enabling her to navigate challenges and seize opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Her passion for the HVAC field is matched only by her enthusiasm for fostering community connections. Having lived in the Jacksonville area for 38 years, Jennifer has cultivated strong ties within the community and is dedicated to enriching the lives of those around her. She understands the importance of local engagement and is eager to channel her dedication into her new role at NFACCA, where she aims to drive initiatives that will benefit both the association and the contractor members.
Jennifer is a proud mother of two active children. Their involvement in sports keeps the family engaged and further entrenched in the local community. In her leisure time, she enjoys a variety of interests that reflect her love for exploration and nature. Whether it’s traveling to new destinations, diving into a good book, or spending quality time outdoors—whether on their boat or exploring the mountains—she values experiences that enrich her life and those of her family.
As she steps into her role as Executive Director, Jennifer is enthusiastic about leveraging her extensive experience, passion, and commitment to help NFACCA reach new heights. She looks forward to collaborating with members and stakeholders to ensure the association thrives and continues to serve its mission effectively.
