Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for supporting the accounts payable and accounting departments.  This includes downloading invoices, scanning invoices, processing certificates of insurance, scanning and archiving journal entries. The clerk will also request invoice and credit copies from vendors as needed. The clerk will gather necessary documents to create new vendors in the Mincron System.
