Richard “Rich” Atchue has been hired as a Counter Sales Associate for the Lennox store located at 15370 US Hwy 19 N, Clearwater, FL 33764, joining fellow Counter Sales Associate Josh Riddle, Manager Scott Chambers and driver William “Jack” Jackson in operating the facility. His duties include processing orders, returns and warranties, handling shipping and receiving, manning the phones and other tasks as needed.
A native of Pasco County, Rich stated he has been interested in HVAC since he was very young. “I attended Marchman Technical College in New Port Richey, FL for three years, competing in SkillsUSA and placing 1st in the regional and 2nd in the state levels along the way. I worked in the field for about a year with a contractor as an installer and maintenance tech before starting my wholesale career with Baker Distributing as a driver, at the counter and in the warehouse. Two years later I hired on with the R.E. Michel Company, advancing to Senior Counter Sales and Assistant Manager during my seven years with them.”
