Ruud hosted their Pro Partner Dealer 2019 “Driving Greatness” National Conference at the Disney World Swann and Dolphin Resorts in Orlando on March 24 and 25. The event featured an expanded product innovation expo filled with leading HVAC vendors, dealer support tools, and interactive competitions, all-new breakout sessions and inspiring speakers.
In his opening address, Air Force Captain Scott O’Grady delivered the opening address, relating how he survived 6 days behind enemy lines after being shot down during a NATO support mission over Bosnia in 1995. Former NFL head coach and current NASCAR championship team owner Joe Gibbs was the keynote speaker and delivered the closing address.
A highlight of the event was Tropic Supply customer Jerry Brittingham AC & Heat of South Daytona, FL being recognized as a featured Spotlight Contractor.
The conference ended with an exclusive after party at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on Tuesday night, highlighted by a private concert performed by the legendary rock group 38 Special.
