Please join us in congratulating Sue Hagenbaumer on her retirement from Tropic Supply on August 15, 2023.
Sue is a long-time veteran of the HVAC industry, having served the contractor community in South Florida for the past 42 years. She joined the Tropic Supply family in 1998, after working for Pameco, United, R &R Supply and Coastline.
Sue was arguably one of the biggest advocates of those working in the HVAC/R trade. From serving countless years on the board of the Palm Beach Air Conditioning Contractors Association, to mentoring the newest HVAC apprenticeship graduates and providing invaluable (oftentimes unsolicited) advice to those starting their own contracting businesses, Sue has been a valuable asset to many.
She has a heart of gold…always the first to rally the troops to support those in need, both inside and outside the industry. She was the impetus behind our annual Pink Shirt campaign to raise awareness for breast cancer, initially in support of one of our male contractor customers who was diagnosed with the disease. This will be our 9th year participating in this initiative! Her commitment to serving those in need is truly unparalleled.
She will be missed but we wish her only the best in her well-deserved retirement.
