SWACCA September Meeting to Feature A2L Refrigerants and a Legislative Update

The September 10, 2024 Southwest Florida Air Conditioning Contractors Association (SWACCA) dinner meeting will feature an in-depth session on Retrofitting A2L Refrigerants in Existing Buildings, led by expert speaker Rick Simms. Rick will explore the benefits and challenges of integrating A2L refrigerants into existing systems, best practices for retrofitting, and the latest industry standards and regulations.

Additionally, Edward Briggs, VP of Government and Community Affairs at RSA Consulting Group, LLC and lobbyist for the Florida Air Conditioning Contractors Association, will provide an overview of the last session’s Legislative Accomplishments, highlighting recent wins and ongoing efforts that impact our industry.
