A new Trane Distribution Center has opened at 12385 Automobile Boulevard, Clearwater, FL, 33762, replacing the U.S. 19 North Clearwater and 28th Street North St. Petersburg locations. Another collaboration between Trane Residential, Trane Commercial and Trane Supply, the Center showcases the new layout and design being implemented on Florida’s west coast and adds an equipment will call facility in the heart of Pinellas County.
The Distribution Center occupies 35,000 square feet of space and features a state-of-the-art training room that seats more than 40 people.
“We are excited to extend our entirely new level of customer experience and service to this market area,” stated West Florida Trane Supply General Manager Tim Lane. “This facility has allowed us to add members to our team, increase our stock offering, and add trucks to our delivery fleet. Service or installation, residential or commercial, this is a one-stop shop for contractors.”
