Visit booth SL1364 to see to see carbon-steel press, butterfly valve, and data center innovations
Aalberts integrated piping systems (IPS), a global leader in advanced integrated piping systems for the distribution and control of liquids and gasses, will feature its latest carbon-steel press, valve, and data center solutions at the AHR Expo in Las Vegas, happening February 2-4, 2026. Aalberts IPS will be co-located with Aalberts hydronic flow control at booth SL1364, where visitors can see application-focused displays and experience table games with the opportunity to win prizes.
On display will be the “Apollo”® butterfly valve LD151, a resilient-seated lug-style butterfly valve designed for dependable shutoff and throttling in demanding HVAC and industrial applications. Featuring a ductile-iron body with a resilient elastomer seat that isolates the body from the process media, the LD151 delivers bubble-tight shutoff and extended seat life while supporting smooth operation through its through-shaft design and multi-point stem support. Typical constructions with aluminum-bronze or stainless-steel discs, combined with installation flexibility via a lug pattern suited for between-flange and end-of-line service, help contractors achieve reliable, space-efficient flow control with straightforward options for manual or automated actuation.
Another booth highlight will be the “Apollo”® PowerPress® in large diameter (LD), an extension of the “Apollo”® PowerPress® carbon-steel press system now available in 2 1/2-, 3-, and 4-inch sizes to complete the line from 1/2 to 4 inches. With EPDM and HNBR sealing elements paired with zinc-nickel-coated components for enhanced corrosion resistance, “Apollo”® PowerPress® LD delivers full-port, flame-free press connections that maintain high flow rates and support a wide range of applications. Leak Before Press® technology and color-coded visual indicators on fittings help ensure unpressed connections are easily identified before system startup, while compatibility with common press tools enables faster, more consistent installations.
For the data center market, Aalberts IPS will highlight an integrated portfolio of “Apollo”® Press® copper press fittings, “Apollo”® PowerPress® carbon-steel press fittings, “Apollo”® SmartPress® stainless-steel fittings, Shurjoint grooved couplings, and a comprehensive range of Apollo ball and butterfly valves engineered for chilled water, condenser water, technical water, and specialty piping systems. These products combine flame-free installation, high pressure ratings, corrosion-resistant materials, and engineered sealing technologies to provide leak-free, high-efficiency fluid distribution that supports uptime and energy performance in hyperscale and enterprise facilities. Aalberts IPS enables data center owners, engineers, and contractors to standardize on a single-source piping platform that simplifies design, accelerates construction, and supports scalable cooling infrastructure as capacity needs grow.
