Aircuity, (www.aircuity.com), the leader in creating healthy and sustainable buildings, today announced that it has opened its new corporate headquarters in Norwood, Massachusetts. The new location supports the company’s rapid growth with larger spaces for its Calibration Laboratory and Production floor, along with an upgraded engineering lab for product testing and development.
Aircuity’s new headquarters positions the company to continue growing its engineering and support teams through recruitment within the Boston area’s talent-rich tech workforce. Located at 128 Carnegie Row, the new headquarters is readily accessible for team members and visitors.
“We are very pleased to be moving into this dynamic new space and believe we are better positioned to meet current and future growth requirements, while also attracting new and more diverse talent into the company,” said Dan Diehl, CEO of Aircuity. “Our history is in the Boston area, and it is certainly THE hub for research and innovation in both the Sustainability and Life Sciences industries, making this an ideal location for us.”
Highlights of the new space include:
- Calibration Laboratory designed to accommodate a higher volume of sensors (expected to double in just 3 years);
- Larger assembly and warehouse space;
- Engineering lab for greater test and development capacity;
- New ESD safe flooring protecting sensitive electronic components; and
- Virtual product demonstrations.
“This move presents a great opportunity for operational improvements and to further align our physical space and footprint with our evolving business needs, stated Tom Nasti, Vice President, Operations at Aircuity. “The team has embraced a continuous improvement mindset throughout planning and execution, and I’m very encouraged by the collaboration and effort they have demonstrated.”
“At Aircuity, we rely on having top talent and sophisticated facilities to enable us to provide our ventilation optimization platform for reduced carbon footprint, greater efficiency and healthier IAQ,” said Diehl. “Being at the nexus of sustainability and Indoor Air Quality has created increased demand and this move is an exciting next step for us. I am confident that we all feel very privileged to be able to impact the world in such a positive, compelling, and tangible way and we all plan to continue this until we reach our Net Zero requirements.”
