Attend RACCA’s “Navigating Health Benefits” Executive Lunch & Learn to Help You Make the Right Decisions for 2024

The Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors Association, Tampa Bay (RACCA) is hosting a “Navigating Health Benefits” Executive Lunch & Learn on October 17, 2023 at Trane Supply, 4720 East Adamo Drive, Tampa, FL from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Matthew Abbott, Manager of Tampa-based Abbott Family Insurance

Guest speaker Matthew Abbott, Manager of Tampa-based Abbott Family Insurance (AFI), is familiar with the trades and “speaks the contractor’s language”. He and brother Jake, also a U.S. Army veteran with a background in the trades, co-founded AFI with a goal to drive cost-efficiency for both businesses and employees while enhancing companies’ abilities to attract and retain the best candidates in their industries.

“We won’t be going into specific product details but will provide you with the overview needed to help you make the best decisions for your business in Plan year 2024,” Matthew stated. “Open Enrollment begins on November 1st and closes on December 15th. With only a month and a half to get all the information and make a decision, this course will streamline that process for you.”

Attendees will leave the meeting with an understanding of various health insurance options – group and private plans, medi-share and self-funded plans; how to ensure cost-effective benefits and information on how to secure better rates and negotiate Workman’s Compensation costs.

To register, call 727.209.5745 or email racca@racca-florida.org.
