Cosponsored by AHRI and ASHRAE, this isn’t just a gathering for engineers, OEMs, and manufacturer’s agents scouting new opportunities. It’s a must-attend event for anyone in the industry. With over 1,600 exhibitors, you’ll find a treasure trove of tools, equipment, and services essential to your business—and the chance to compare them side-by-side with offerings from competitors.
Attending can be a challenge if you don’t do your research beforehand. Fortunately, the show’s website is very straightforward, with descriptions of each exhibitor’s focus and summaries of the presentations being conducted by the many of speakers, podcasts, panels, for-credit sessions and free industry seminars. The site’s exhibit hall floorplan is a great tool for planning your tour. Wear comfortable shoes!
Pro Tip: Save your deeper conversations with exhibitors for the final day of the show. By then, the crowds have thinned, and you’ll have more one-on-one time to explore opportunities in detail.
This is a golden opportunity that comes only every few years. If you miss it, you’ll have to wait until 2026 in Las Vegas or 2027 in Chicago.
