A familiar face in the Florida HVAC industry is stepping into a new role. Jon Buehler, a former HVAC professional with over 16 years of experience across contracting, distribution, and manufacturing, has launched Buehler Business Brokers—a firm dedicated to helping HVAC and other home service business owners sell their companies with confidence.
After nearly two decades in the industry, Jon became a business broker in 2022, driven by a desire to continue serving business owners—this time by helping them with their most valuable asset: their business. His firm helps HVAC and home service companies navigate the entire sale process—from valuation to finding the right buyer to a successful closing.
“I saw a real need,” Jon says. “Many of my clients come to me unsure where to start. They know they’d like to sell one day, but they don’t know how the process works or what their company is worth. My goal is to help educate them and position them for a successful exit, whether that’s now or in the future.”
Since launching his brokerage career, Jon has successfully sold multiple HVAC companies and has quickly become a trusted advisor within the industry. He’s presented at major trade events including ACCA and FRACCA, offering insight into how contractors can build more valuable, sellable businesses.
Jon is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and has been recognized as a top business broker by both the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF) and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).
He lives in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife Tiffany of 17 years and their four children. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll find him spending time with his family.
