Johnstone Supply held the final Southeast Florida Mitsubishi M and P-Series Field Service Essentials Training in Doral on November 25, 2025. The 4-hour class was also presented in Miami Springs, Port St. Lucie, West Palm Beach, and Deerfield during November.
The 7-module course focused on an overview of the residential/light commercial M and commercial P-Series equipment offered by Mitsubishi with deeper dives into inverter technology, components, application and design criteria. Attendees studied electrical wiring and refrigeration cycle diagrams, site preparation and unit setup, refrigerant charging and startup procedures, cooling, heating and defrost operating cycles and control options as well. In summary:
- Modules 1–2 established product knowledge and installation basics.
- Modules 3–4 covered startup and operation.
- Modules 5–6 explained technology and functional systems.
- Module 7 equipped technicians with troubleshooting skills.

Completers of the Diamond Dealer Training earned 4 Nate educational credits.
