National Comfort Institute (NCI) will present its Duct System Optimization and Residential Air Balancing training November 17–19, 2026, at Daikin in Tampa.
Through system testing and targeted repairs, HVAC professionals can often dramatically improve the performance of existing duct systems. NCI refers to technicians who develop this specialized expertise as Duct Surgeons™.
NCI’s Duct System Optimization training teaches participants how to:
- Identify and improve poorly performing duct systems
- Diagnose problems and prioritize repairs
- Reduce costly callbacks
- Deliver specialized solutions that distinguish their companies from the competition
Participants will also extend their diagnostic skills through Residential Air Balancing training, learning how to properly measure and adjust airflow to improve HVAC system performance and customer comfort.
