RACCA Hosts Social & Membership Drive at Pin Chasers in Tampa

The group enjoyed some strikes, laughed off the gutter balls and had a great time networking!

The Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors Association (RACCA) , Tampa Bay region, hosted a successful social and membership drive earlier this year at Pin Chasers Bowling Alley in west Tampa, bringing together HVAC contractors, associate members, industry partners, and prospective members for an evening of networking and fellowship.

The event was attended by RACCA contractor and associate members, members of the RACCA Board of Directors, and individuals interested in learning more about the benefits of association membership. The gathering provided an opportunity for industry professionals to strengthen existing relationships, meet new contacts, and learn more about RACCA’s ongoing initiatives supporting the Tampa Bay HVAC industry.

As part of the event, RACCA’s Membership Committee provided attendees with their first beverage, while Federated Insurance sponsored food and refreshments throughout the evening. Guests enjoyed fresh Caesar salad, made-to-order pizzas baked on-site with a variety of toppings, and freshly baked cookies for dessert. Unlimited soda, coffee, and tea were also available.

Rick Houghton of Pelican Aire Commercial Services Inc., Paul & Betty Keller of Service-Tech Corporation, Paula DeSantis-Tarris Trane Supply & Shanna Pettys of Gulf Coast Air Systems

The event was open to all members of the Tampa Bay HVAC industry and served as both a social gathering and an opportunity to introduce prospective members to the value of RACCA participation.

The evening concluded with a raffle featuring a variety of prizes, including a wine selection, restaurant gift cards, and complimentary entries into RACCA’s upcoming Annual Turkey Shoot, scheduled for December 5, 2026.

Events such as these continue to highlight RACCA’s commitment to strengthening industry connections, supporting contractor success, and encouraging greater involvement within the Tampa Bay HVAC community.
