Refricenter Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors, a leading family-owned HVAC supplier with deep roots in the Florida market, has officially opened the doors to its new location in Pembroke Park. The new facility, located at 3520 SW 20th Street, Pembroke Park, FL 33023, replaces the company’s long-standing Refricenter North branch.

The relocation marks a strategic upgrade for the distributor, which serves both residential and commercial HVAC contractors throughout the region. According to Store Manager Lazaro Masjuan, a 24-year veteran of the company, the move represents a “meaningful improvement” for customers, partners, and staff alike.

“Welcome to the new Refricenter Pembroke Park, formerly known as Refricenter North,” said Masjuan. “This move is about more than just a new building—it’s about enhancing accessibility, expanding our capabilities, and improving the customer experience across the board.”

Behind the scenes, the warehouse has also been significantly expanded to accommodate more stock and streamline order fulfillment. This investment in logistics will help the store deliver faster service and reduce delays for contractors on tight schedules.

Training and Industry Investment

A standout feature of the new facility is its dedicated space for training and education. Refricenter plans to host hands-on sessions for both employees and customers, aimed at strengthening product knowledge and reinforcing industry best practices.

Joining Masjuan at the new location are experienced counter personnel Heriberto Hernandez, Raidel Collazo, and Liz Fernandez, who together bring decades of HVAC distribution experience to the Pembroke Park team.
