The new facility, located at 3520 SW 20th Street, Pembroke Park, FL 33023, replaces the company’s long-standing Refricenter North branch.
The relocation marks a strategic upgrade for the distributor, which serves both residential and commercial HVAC contractors throughout the region. According to Store Manager Lazaro Masjuan, a 24-year veteran of the company, the move represents a “meaningful improvement” for customers, partners, and staff alike.
