Samsung Regional Service Manager Carl Gratzer conducted Samsung Advanced Service Introduction classes in conjunction with the trailer visits. Topics covered included residential and light commercial one-to-one and multi-zone mini-split product overviews, basic sequence of operations, common error or fault codes seen in the field, step-by-step procedures to diagnose and repair faults and error codes and diagnostics for control boards, sensors, fan motors, compressors and other major components.
