September Construction Starts in the Chicago Area

October 30, 2019 – Dodge Data & Analytics today reported on September construction starts in the metropolitan statistical area of Chicago-Naperville-Joliet, consisting of Cook, De Kalb, Du Page, Grundy, Jasper, Kane, Kendall, Kenosha, Lake, McHenry, Newton, Porter and Will in Indiana, Wisconsin and Illinois.

According to Dodge Data & Analytics, the latest month’s construction activity followed this pattern:

Nonresidential buildings include office, retail, hotels, warehouses, manufacturing, educational, healthcare, religious, government, recreational, and other buildings.

Residential buildings include single family and multifamily housing.
