Dave Lucas, CE Florida Director of Engineered Systems Support and VRF Products, encouraged the dealers to incorporate ductless product offerings into their businesses and announced that CE is creating installation kits for mini-splits and will be conducting two ductless training classes a month in the state this year. He also introduced the industry’s first VRF rooftop product line including rooftop air handlers.

CE is reviewing the impact of population growth and shifts on the effectiveness of their geographic locations and may make some adjustments based on their findings. They are also updating the appearance of their showrooms to provide a more uniform customer experience throughout their network of branches.
Joe Muley, Senior Vice President CE Distribution, concluded the meeting by encouraging the dealers to continue forecasting and communicating their needs and thanking them for their support.
