The East Tampa Trane Supply located at 4720 E Adamo Dr, Tampa, FL, hosted the last Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors Association (RACCA), Tampa Bay, Cars and Coffee event of the spring on April 12, 2024.
It was a great way to wrap up the series before the summer heat sets in. The morning was beautiful with a cloudless sky and the turnout was the best yet.
Mike Johnstone of Senica Air Conditioning, Inc., Spring Hill, brought his impressive 1,500 HP Illinois Patrol Funny Car to the event, firing it up at one point to the delight of the crowd. The car runs the ¼ mile in 7.6 seconds. Mike has been racing this car for 16 years and has exhibited funny cars at charity events before moving to Florida.
Trane Technologies and Trane Supply sponsored Tampa’s the Bean Bar mobile coffee bar, supplying coffee and donuts to those attending.
