I’m proud to announce that our Help Wanted feature is officially active, a major step forward in ACprosite’s ongoing mission to support Florida’s HVACR workforce, strengthen contractor success, and elevate professionalism across our industry.
The Workforce Hub is the only simple, affordable, Florida-focused platform where contractors and industry businesses can post open positions—and where job seekers can find them.
Introductory Promotion: Free Postings Through April 30, 2026
All approved submissions received during our launch promotion will run free of charge for two months. To ensure fair access, please limit submissions to three listings per company during this period.
Ongoing Posting Structure Beginning May 1, 2026
Florida-licensed HVAC contractors and current ACprosite clients* may post up to two positions at no charge, each running for two months.
Additional postings are available at $50 per listing (2-month run).
Non-clients may post at $100 per listing (2-month run).
Invoicing is electronic and includes a link to a secure, surcharge-free payment portal and accounts receivable address. Postings are pending contractor licensing confirmation and receipt of payment, if required.
Help Wanted Posting – Terms & Conditions
By submitting a Help Wanted listing, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, lawful, and complies with all applicable employment and non-discrimination laws. You are authorized to post on behalf of the hiring company. Listings expire after 2 months and may be reviewed, edited, or removed at the ACprosite’s discretion. The website does not guarantee responses or hiring outcomes.
*Clients with 6-11 block and 12-month advertising terms. Non-clients are billed $100 per 2-month open position posting.
