Trane Supply Hosts Milwaukee Tool Demonstration Day

Adam Jameson (l.) of Shupe Carboni & Associates discusses the Milwaukee battery-powered crimping tool with Edgardo de Avila of New Air Systems

Adam Jameson of Milwaukee Tools representative Shupe Carboni and Associates visited the East Tampa Trane Supply location at 4720 E Adamo Drive recently to demonstrate the flexibility of the company’s most popular battery-powered platforms.

“Milwaukee has three battery platforms but the two main ones are 18-volt M18, and the 12-volt M12. Over 300 tools from drills to sawzalls and larger outdoor equipment like chainsaws,” Adam stated. “Contractors love the 12-volt tools because they’re light, the batteries recharge quickly and they get the service and maintenance jobs done effectively. But they rely on our M18 tools for tougher jobs and bigger tools like vacuum pumps.”

Adam went on to demonstrate two important features of the Milwaukee M 18 and M12 battery systems. “Many technicians gravitate to one battery platform or the other because they don’t want to have two chargers.  Milwaukee has a solution for that because they have a lot of chargers that are combination chargers, able to accept a 12-volt and 18-volt battery simultaneously. A second important feature Milwaukee Tools has is superchargers for the M18 systems and rapid chargers for the  M12s which can bring batteries up to 80% charged in 30 minutes”.

“We appreciate Adam spending some time with us today and sharing what’s available from Milwaukee tools,” Trane Supply Branch Manager said. “And thank you to the customers that stopped by today.”
