Catherine Bares of BDR (Business Development Resources) took time to tell us about ‘Customer Experience University’ by saying, “This class teaches you how to implement a structured, retail process for your sales and install coordinators. It is designed to train these vital team members in communication and organizational skills so they can drive improved customer satisfaction and drive referrals. At this 3-day workshop, attendees will be guided through the importance of capturing, managing, and nurturing leads throughout the sales and install process while providing excellent client care skills and learning to treat co-workers as if they were clients.”
Catherine continued, “By attending this class, coordinators will learn the expectations of their role, develop communication skills and procedure tools, build scripts to use, understand their budgetary impact, learn how to close the gap in the circle of communication, and understand how to enhance customer satisfaction. Attendees should include service and sales coordinators, managers, sales team members, dispatchers, and business owners.”
Customer Service University has a class scheduled in early September, three days Tuesday through Thursday. The September class is an online training class, but as Catherine explains “Our online workshops give you access to the same training as our live event but from the comfort and convenience of your own desk. You get real-time access to our live trainer to take part in discussions and ask questions. Each day will be broken up into multiple mini sessions to help you absorb and retain the information covered. Prior to the class a link to the virtual classroom and access to class materials will be provided. Students will be required to attend all scheduled, live session via Go-To Webinar (internet connection required).
Questions can be asked, and the Trainer can provide feedback in real time. Before the training begins, you will be contacted by our Event Team to make any problem ‘go away.’
