The Florida Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors Association (FRACCA) will be kicking off their 25th Anniversary Educational Conference and Expo with a 1st Annual Golf Tournament on April 8, 2026. The FRACCA Educational Conference & Expo is designed specifically for Florida HVACR contractors and is open to both members and non-members. The 2026 conference is being held at the Rosen Centre Hotel, Rosen Centre Hotel, 9840 International Dr., Orlando, FL, on April 9 -12 2026.
The conference will feature keynote speaker Bryan Dodge, a nationally recognized speaker and consultant and author of The Good Life Rules, Becoming the Obvious Choice, and The Principle of an Unstoppable Family Business. Attendees will also hear from Ruth King, known throughout the industry as “The Profitability Master,” who will present two sessions—The Rules of Profitability and The Rules of Wealth—each qualifying for four General CEU credits.
The educational program will offer at least 15 CEU credits, providing contractors with valuable opportunities to meet license renewal requirements while gaining practical strategies they can apply immediately in their businesses. Attendees can also expect timely industry updates from leading experts, vendors, and FRACCA’s state lobbyists covering legislation, technology, and current market challenges.
Beyond the classroom, the conference will feature an active expo floor where vendors will showcase the latest HVACR products, services, and innovations, along with numerous networking opportunities for contractors, suppliers, and association members from across Florida to connect and share ideas.
In celebration of the association’s milestone year, special events will include a 25th Anniversary Dinner and Reception as well as the always popular FRACCA Olympic Bingo competition, where participants can compete for up to $2,500 in prizes and chapter bragging rights. With the conference taking place just minutes from Orlando’s world-class attractions, attendees can also enjoy the opportunity to bring colleagues or family and take advantage of everything Central Florida has to offer.
