The North Florida Air Conditioning Contractors Association (NFACCA) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Ashley Casaceli as our new Executive Director effective March 1st!
Ashley brings a strong background in operations, leadership, and community engagement. Originally from Rochester, NY, she recently returned to St. Augustine, where she previously graduated from St. Augustine High School. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and spent much of her career at Wegmans Food Markets, a major grocery retailer in the Northeast.
Outside of work, Ashley stays busy with her 12-year-old daughter, who plays volleyball and lacrosse and was an active member of 4H in New York. In their free time, they enjoy fishing, horseback riding, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
Under Ashley’s leadership, NFACCA will continue to support and advocate for our members, driving excellence within the HVAC industry. Her vision, operational expertise, and commitment to community engagement will help propel our association forward.
