Oldach USA brought together its top Ducane dealers for an evening of appreciation and celebration at Drive Shack in Orlando, FL, on February 12, 2026. The event combined dining, networking, recognition, and a little friendly competition as attendees enjoyed the venue’s golf bays while honoring the achievements of Ducane contractors.
Local Oldach managers and employees hosted the gathering alongside representatives from the company’s Puerto Rico headquarters, including Oldach President Felix Campos and Marketing and Business Development Director Sergio Sanjenis. 
Also in attendance was Allied/Ducane Regional Sales Manager Glenn Paetow, who thanked the Oldach team and their dealer partners for their continued support of the Ducane brand.
The evening began with a relaxed social hour, where guests enjoyed food and beverages while reconnecting with colleagues and industry friends. Following the reception, Paetow provided attendees with a brief update on industry trends and Ducane’s product offerings for 2026. Sanjenis followed with an overview of Oldach USA’s recent performance and shared highlights of the distributor’s marketing initiatives planned for the coming year.
The awards portion of the program opened with a heartfelt moment as Fernando Garcia Miro of Oldach honored the legacy of Luis Colón Algarín, a respected Ducane dealer who passed away in January 2026. His contributions to the dealer community were remembered with appreciation and respect by those in attendance.
From there, the atmosphere shifted to celebration as contractors were recognized for their outstanding performance. Cheers, applause, and plenty of congratulatory hugs accompanied each award presentation. Seventeen of the twenty companies receiving recognition were present to accept their awards in person, making the evening especially memorable.
Felix Campos closed the program by thanking the dealers for their continued partnership and reaffirming Oldach’s commitment to supporting their success in the years ahead.
Events like this serve as a reminder that behind every successful HVACR brand are the contractors, distributors, and partners working together to keep their customers comfortable—and occasionally enjoying a well-earned evening of celebration along the way.
