The deadline for participating in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractors Association (RACCA), Tampa Bay, 3rd Annual Turkey Shoot is October 28, 2025.
The event will be held on November 1, 2025, at the Silver Dollar Shooters Club, 17202 Target Way, Odessa, FL 33556.
Trap Shooting is a little different from Sporting Clays and is an individual sport. You get five shots from each stand (5 stands in all) for a total of 25 shots that equal one round. In this tournament you will receive one practice round of 25 shots and two tournament rounds of 50 shots. 75 shells, either 12 Gauge or 20 gauge will be provided. You will need to bring eye and ear protection.
Check in is at 8:00 AM and each entrant receives a breakfast sandwich and a drink.
Silver Dollar Shooters Club will provide a safety class at about 8:45 AM.
The tournament will start at 9:00 AM.
Rental guns are available for $15.00, paid directly to Silver Dollar Shooters Club the day of the tournament and require you to leave your valid Florida Driver’s License as collateral.
1st Place is awarded a 1.75L bottle of Wild Turkey 101 and 2nd place is award a 750ml bottle of Wild Turkey 101.
We may have to count backwards on broken targets when there is a tie. If this doesn’t determine a winner, a coin flip decides the winner.
